The new Prius model is nearly 19 inches shorter than the standard Prius. The wheelbase is six inches less, at 100.4 inches. The vehicle is just slightly shorter in height than the regular Prius, at 56.9 inches (vs. 58.7 inches for the standard Prius), and 66.7 inches wide, compared with 68.7 inches wide for the standard version of the vehicle.

Standard features on the vehicle will include Bluetooth hands-free phone connectivity, steering-wheel audio controls, and nine airbags on the 2012 model-year vehicle. The vehicle will also offer Toyota’s Entune system as an option.
