South Carolina Capital to Tap Used Turkey Cooking Oil for Biodiesel

COLUMBIA, SC – City officials in Columbia, S.C., are asking local residents who plan to deep-fry their Thanksgiving turkey to save the used cooking oil and drop it off later at the city’s Public Works facility.
