Louisiana State Agencies Required to Purchase Alt-Fuel Vehicles

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal signed into law ACT 833, which requires state agencies to purchase alternative-fuel vehicles. Requirements may be waived for circumstances where vehicles are operating more than 25 miles from an appropriate type of refueling facility.
