Chicago Weighs Police Use of 'Textalyzers'

The City of Chicago is exploring whether local police should begin using so-called textalyzers -- devices that can quickly determine whether a driver's cell phone has just been used to text. But the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois argues such use of this technology would violate the civil rights of drivers. Video courtesy of CBS Philly.

The American Lung Association has been named the 2017 Clean Fuels Champion by Chicago Area Clean Cities, and was honored for championing the promotion of alternative fuels and technologies to reduce vehicle emissions and reduce petroleum usage.
