MT LAUREL, NJ – Automotive Resources International (ARI), a leading global fleet solutions provider specializing in complex car and truck fleet services, hosted Congressman Jon Runyan (NJ-3) at its global headquarters on Wednesday, June 8.

The objective for the Congressman’s visit was to gain a better understanding of ARI, its parent company, Holman Automotive Group, and the issues that face the vehicle fleet management industry today. He also spent time meeting some of the ARI employees to learn about their roles in supporting the car and truck fleet needs of Fortune 1000 companies around the world and government agencies in the U.S. and Canada. ARI has experienced tremendous business growth over the last few years and has added more than 100 employees in 2011 so far.

Runyan talked with ARI President Carl Ortell and Mindy Holman, president and CEO of Holman Automotive Group.  In addition to other company leaders from ARI and Holman, Pam Sederholm, executive director of the American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA) joined the group for discussion on the fleet management industry.

“We were delighted that Congressman Runyan was able to visit us to discuss the issues facing the fleet management industry,” Ortell commented. “But most importantly, it was great that he took the time to tour our building and talk with many of our employees about how they provide world-class service to our clients around the world.  In addition, we very much appreciate that the congressman also took the time to answer the many questions posed by our people.”

“I was pleased to sit down with the employees of ARI and learn about both the accomplishments and the challenges they face,” said Congressman Runyan. “As a family-owned business of more than 60 years, I look forward to their continued success in southern New Jersey.”
