Hyundai Motor Co. announced pricing for its 2014 Sonata Hybrid, which will be offered in base and Limited trim levels. Both vehicles get a 2.4L Atkinson four-cylinder gasoline-electric hybrid powertrain that includes a 35 kilowatt electric motor. The powertrains are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The base model starts at $26,000, while the Limited starts at $30,750.

The 2014 Sonata Hybrid base model will get 36 miles per gallon city, 40 mpg highway, and 38 mpg combined, while the Limited will get 36 mpg city, 40 highway, and 37 combined, according to Hyundai.

Hyundai is offering a lifetime battery warranty for the Sonata Hybrid. Standard features now include LED interior dome lights, a color touchscreen, and a rear-view camera.
