Sylvania Lighting Services, a subsidiary of Osram Sylvania, announced a reseller agreement with ChargePoint to sell the company’s commercial and public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the U.S. Sylvania has already installed 33 EV charging stations in the city of Austin, Texas.

“As more and more EVs are introduced in the market, we are seeing great demand for EV charging infrastructure,” said Salvatore Manganaro, SLS EVI National Account Manager, OSRAM SYLVANIA. “We are proud to work closely with ChargePoint, the largest global EV network. These charging stations provide ease of use that addresses customer needs, benefits the environment and helps achieve corporate sustainability goals.”

Sylvania announced earlier this yeat that it has joined the U.S. Department of Energy’s Workplace Charging Challenge, which is an effort to increase the number of U.S. employers with on-site EV charging capabilities.
