TORRANCE, CA – What strategies and technologies are being employed by major OEMs to reduce emissions and make their product offerings more “green?” What can fleet managers expect from the next generation of light- and medium-duty trucks?

Ford, Kenworth, Hino, and Daimler will share their insights on these topics and provide a glimpse of how “sustainability” is being incorporated in product design and how this will assist fleets in meeting their green fleet initiatives.

The Truck OEM Panel Discussion will take place Oct. 2 from 4:10-5:10 p.m. at the 2012 Green Fleet Conference in Schaumburg, Ill.

Tom Berg, senior editor for Heavy Duty Trucking magazine, will be moderating the panel discussion. Panelists will include Len Deluca from Ford Motor Company; Andy Douglas from Kenworth Truck Company; Glenn Ellis from Hino Trucks; and Greg Treinen from Daimler Trucks North America.
