TULSA, OK – CNG Oklahoma, along with several of its promotional partners, will take the Tulsa Flyer long-range CNG vehicle on the road in September, traveling cross-country in an effort to promote CNG vehicles and federal legislation aimed at stimulating natural gas vehicle sales.  

The trek will begin in Tulsa and head for California, making stops in Los Angeles and Sacramento. Then the Tulsa Flyer, a CNG-fueled, extended-range F-250 truck, will head for the nation’s capital, making stops at locations including Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Albuquerque, Oklahoma City, Little Rock and Nashville along the way. 

During stops, company leaders with meet with local media to explain the economic and environmental benefits of natural gas vehicles.

In Washington, CNG Oklahoma owner Ted Massad will meet with Oklahoma congressmen John Sullivan and Dan Boren, who authored the federal bill, before returning to Oklahoma.
