MOUNT HOLLY, NJ - Burlington County's efforts to downsize its car fleet and eliminate most take-home privileges has made considerable progress, according to the Burlington County Times.

Joe Donnelly, director of the Burlington County Board of Freeholders, said within the next two weeks the County could reach his campaign goal of reducing the fleet by 120 vehicles and save more than $3.4 million.

In total, county initiatives have saved about $15 million in two years, reported the Times.
