The CNG-only range of the Ram 2500 CNG pickup is 255 miles.The gasoline backup extends the range to367 miles.

Taking a cue from fleet managers, Ram and GM are producing compressed natural gas (CNG) bi-fuel trucks. the new alt-fuel trucks make greening truck fleets easier and cheaper.

GM Investment Aimed at Lowering EV Battery Costs

DETROIT - General Motors Ventures LLC has invested $7 million in Newark, Calif.-based Envia Systems to provide GM's battery engineering team with access to advanced lithium-ion cathode technology that delivers higher cell energy density and lower cost.
