Lampton-Love has joined Alliance AutoGas, expanding the network’s presence in the Southeast U.S.Lampton-Love will provide fleets in Louisiana and Tennessee with the Alliance AutoGas complete program for switching vehicles to propane autogas.

Lampton-Love is a family-owned full-service propane company with 28 locations serving a five-state area, including Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.

“We’re excited to bring the Alliance AutoGas program to fleets in our area, with autogas fueling, vehicle conversions, staff training and support,” said Rusty Easterling, Lampton-Love vice president of retail operations and NPGA state director of the Mississippi Propane Gas Association. “Lampton-Love has been a long-time proponent of propane vehicle fuel — we had a full-service autogas vehicle conversion center in the 1970s and 1980s — and today the clean vehicle technology is better and more dependable than ever.”

The Alliance AutoGas complete program for fleets includes propane autogas vehicle conversions, fueling, on-site fuel station installation, data integration, training and ongoing technical support. Alliance certified conversion centers switch vehicles to propane autogas using the versatile bi-fuel Prins Vapor Sequential Injection (VSI) system, enabling drivers to switch to gasoline if the propane autogas tank runs low. The conversion kits can also be easily moved from older fleet vehicles to newer models with similar engines.

“Lampton-Love is a welcome addition to Alliance AutoGas as we continue expanding this great program throughout the U.S. and Canada to help more fleets switch to autogas,” said Stuart Weidie, president of Alliance AutoGas and founder of Autogas for America.
