FT. SMITH, AR – A fleet management workshop about natural gas vehicles is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 27, at the Holiday Inn Center in Fort Smith, Ark.

Stephen Yborra, director of market analysis, education and communications for the Clean Vehicle Education Foundation, will serve as workshop presenter. The event, titled “The Compelling Case for Natural Gas Vehicles,” will provide an overview of the benefits of CNG and LNG fleets. Presentations will address such issues as NGV program economics, available vehicles, federal and state tax incentives and grants, and fuel station design and development.

The registration fee is $20.

Event co-hosts include the Clean Vehicle Education Foundation, Arkansas Gas Association, Arkansas Clean Cities Coalition, and the Arkansas Energy Office’s Economic Development Commission. Tulsa Gas Technologies Inc. is serving as an underwriting sponsor.
