SOUTH SIOUX CITY, NE - City officials in South Sioux City, Neb., have approved plans to issue $25 million in revenue bonds to help fund a proposed biodiesel plant, the Sioux City Journal reported. 

The city will issue the bonds but assume no obligation for payment of the bonds. 

Nature's BioReserves is planning to operate a biodiesel plant that will produce the fuel using beef tallow waste from Beef Products Inc.
