BOSTON - Stephen Russell has been named alternative transportation program coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Energy Resources (DOER), in Boston. Previously, Russell was the fleet superintendent of fleet services for the City of Keene, N.H.
Russell is on the Board of Directors of the Granite State Clean Cities for New Hampshire, is the Fuel and Technology Chair for the National Association of Fleet Administrators, and is a member of the local community planning board. In addition, he has been part of the planning for the annual AltWheels Fleet Day in Massachusetts.
