Ford Updates 2017 Van Lineup

Ford has updated its 2017 model-year van lineup to include ergonomic updates for the Transit, new technology for the Transit Connect, and a new engine offering for the E-Series stripped chassis and cutaway.

A Ford F-150 truck (pictured above) will be converted by Alliance AutoGas to run on propane autogas at the NTEA Work Truck Show, on March 3.

AGA Seeks EPA Certification for Bi-Fuel Propane GM Engines

AGA Systems, LLC has completed testing for certification by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency of its EcoSync DI bi-fuel propane autogas alternative fuel system for 2016 General Motors vehicles including Chevrolet/GMC 1500 trucks, large SUVs, and the Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicle.

EPA Approves Blossman's LPG-Powered Truck Engines

Alliance Autogas has gained approval from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to produce bi-fuel propane-autogas versions of vehicles powered by Ford's 6.8L V-10 and General Motors' 6.0L V-8 spark-ignited engines.

Propane autogas is commonly available as a natural gas byproduct and is the third most common vehicle fuel worldwide behind gasoline and diesel. This channel will cover vehicle conversion kits, news about fleets converting their vehicles to run on propane autogas, fueling infrastructure, and the environmental benefits of using the clean-burning fuel.
