Better-Fuels of Virginia and CNG Interstate of Oklahoma have joined the Alliance Autogas propane fueling network, which has now reached 100 members in North America, the company has announced.

Better Fuels of Virginia LLC, based in Fredericksburg, is an AutoGas conversion facility that will serve the I-95 corridor bounded by Montgomery County, Md., the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, and Richmond, Va.

"Our goal is to give fleet owners and managers piece of mind once they convert their vehicles, with ongoing support and service," said Lois Baird, owner of Better Fuels.

CNG Interstate of Oklahoma's Russell Riecken, managing partner, credited the network as the most developed fueling network for propane autogas in the U.S.

"I believe that Alliance Autogas has the most comprehensive program in the United States to support customers considering adopting an alternative fuel program for their fleet," Riecken said. "From propane supply agreements with competitive pricing to EPA Certified Prins Propane systems installed at certified conversion centers, the program offers a systematic process to ensure our customers achieve their goals for safety, efficiency, and ROI."
