Landi Renzo has received EPA certification to produce bi-fuel compressed natural gas (CNG) versions of Ford's F-250 and F-350 pickup trucks for fleet buyers, the Torrance, Calif., company announced.

The 2015 model-year vehicles will be converted to run on CNG as well as gasoline. The Super Duty trucks come from the factory with a 6.2L V-8 engine. Landi Renzo, a Ford Qualified Vehicle Modifer (QVM) modifier, converts the truck's engine and fueling system to run on CNG.

The certification allows the vehicle modifier to convert the F-20 and F-350 Super Duty with multiple cab configurations and wither rear-wheel or four-wheel drive.

Landi Renzo alternative fuel systems are available through Ford, General Motors, and Isuzu ship-thru channels.
