First Priority GreenFleet Acquires Assets of Electric Vehicles International

First Priority GreenFleet Ltd. has acquired the assets of Electric Vehicle International, LLC (EVI) to enhance the company's electric vehicle offerings, according to the company.

"Under the GreenFleet banner, we intend to offer our customers a full range of zero and low-emission options that will allow them to select the products that best fit their needs," said Alex N. Cherepakhov, CEO of GreenFleet.

GreenFleet plans to offer a customer-centric service network that will offer existing and new customers a "white glove" experience.

"In 2016, we will rapidly mobilize our core expertise to implement a bi-coastal manufacturing and engineering capability with an extensive service network which will set a new standard for the industry," said Cherepakhov.

First Priority GreenFleet is a member of the First Priority Global Ltd. corporate family, which is known for manufacturing, designing, and distributing a comprehensive product line of specialty vehicles and trucks.
