Clean Air Plan Encourages Cleaner Vehicles at SoCal Ports

Operation of zero- and near-zero-emissions trucks, locomotives and container-handling equipment would expand beginning in 2019 and culminate with wide use of electric trucks by 2035, according to the latest San Pedro Bay Ports Clean Air Action Plan.

Washington Gas announced that it has exceeded its greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction goals four years ahead of schedule. The utility planned on reducing its GHG emissions 70% by 2020, but has already reached a 74% reduction from its fleet and facilities.

DOE Commits $137M to Advance Fuel-Efficient Tech
