This is great to see. Environmental sustainability impacts us from a number of different angles. I am a director with Sustainable Coatings. We have a high performance, fast curing and environmentally sustainable coating technology. Revolutionary performance - for metals we are talking about mechanical properties like anti-corrosion chemical resistance, adhesion, anti-abrasion. Speed - ease of application on production line or in situ, curing in seconds per square foot. Oh, and we have no VOCs-no solvents, no isocyanates, no chromates, and no other chemicals found on the toxic release inventory. It was developed for use in aerospace by request of the Dept. of Defense and EPA. It is going through the approval process as we speak. Flexible to work on a varity of substrates - metals, wood, concrete, glass, plastics, etc. We have had our eyes on transportation applications - truck/train trailers, cabs, etc. Get your fleet out on the street faster. Would love to discuss.

Don't Underutilize the Expertise of Your Suppliers

By Mike Antich
For many managers responsible for vehicle operations, fleet management is often one of several job responsibilities. These managers acknowledge that it is difficult to stay on top of changes in vehicle design, powertrains, onboard safety technology, telematics capabilities, and regulatory changes that impact fleet operations. Despite this recognition, a common mistake made by many of these managers is underutilizing the subject-matter expertise of current and/or prospective suppliers.
